The firm was established in 2022 by two young professionals who had an underlying belief to make an impact with people associated with organizations and people associated with the firm.

The dynamic changes in laws coupled with need to adopt to technology has made finance function and compliance activity not merely a back-office exercise but an important wing in the organization, the cost of non-compliance is far deeper than cost of compliance. Having effective processes and mechanism capable to adapt to new changes and challenges would be ideal practice moving forward.

  • He has 6 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Solution oriented professional and has experience in the areas of Tax compliance, Tax advisory and Litigation, FEMA Advisory for HNIs, Financial reporting, Design and implementation of SOP’s, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and IFC assignments.

  • He has also represented clients before Quasi Judicial Authorities such as Commissioner, Commissioner (Appeals), Joint Commissioner, CESTAT
